CertWatch stores account email, staff names, certificate metadata, and optional uploaded files in Supabase (Postgres and private storage). Session cookies authenticate you.

Payments run through Stripe. Transactional email (digest, trial, payment failed) is sent with Resend. Product analytics use PostHog (page views and events with user id only). Errors go to Sentry. In-app feedback may use ProductBridge.

We do not sell personal data. Delete your account by emailing the operator. Stripe retains billing records per their terms.
