CertWatch is a hosted staff-certificate tracker. A 14-day trial starts at sign-up. After trial, access to edits requires an active Starter subscription ($19/mo or $190/yr) billed by Stripe.

You are responsible for the accuracy of staff and certificate data you enter. CertWatch does not replace legal compliance advice.

Service is provided as-is. We may suspend accounts for abuse or unpaid invoices. Cancel anytime via the billing portal; access remains until the paid period ends when Stripe reports cancel-at-period-end.

Third parties: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database/storage), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (errors), ProductBridge (feedback), Netlify (hosting).
